FLEXIBLE COMMISSION PLAN

After many years in a Buyer’s Market, we want to put home sellers back in the driver’s seat! The H&H Realty flexible commission plan will range from 3.0% to 6.0%, depending on who finds the buyer for your home — a buyer’s agent, listing agent or YOU!

 A real estate agent from another Brokerage represents the Buyer. We market your home, negotiate on your behalf and handle all of the details of the sale for 3.0%. The buyer’s agent / broker receives 3.0%.

4.5%

 We find the Buyer for your home and no other Realtor or Broker is involved. Our commission is just 4.5%.

3.0%

 You, the seller, find the buyer through a personal source (friend, co-worker, etc.) and another real estate Broker is not involved. We write the contract and coordinate all the closing details. Our commission is reduced from 6.0% to 3.0%.
